The Chief Minister has resolved 95% of the complaints

Bhubaneswar :  95% of the complaints received by the Chief Minister’s Grievance Redressal Cell have been resolved. Information has been provided by the Chief Minister’s Office in this regard.
Today was the Chief Minister’s 16th grievance hearing. Today, 7 ministers, additional chief secretaries, administrative secretaries and officials participated in the grievance hearing along with the Chief Minister. According to the information received, more than 56 thousand people have come forward with their grievances till now. Out of 13,358 complaints, 12,748 have been resolved. Which is 95% of the total complaints. It has been reported that pending complaints are pending in the process.
In this regard, the Chief Minister said that our government is taking steps to resolve the grievances and problems of the people. Through the Grievance Redressal Cell, the long-standing problems of the people of various regions are being resolved. The common people are getting justice. Due to this, the public’s trust and interest in the grievance redressal program has increased. The Chief Minister said that this program will continue at regular intervals in the coming days. Today, along with the Chief Minister, Ministers Suresh Pujari, Nityanand Gand, Ravi Narayan Nayak, Mukesh Mahaling, Suryavansi Suraj, Sampada Swain, Ganesh Ram Singh Khuntia were present and heard the complaints.
